Result Day
Today is result day, the day I’ve been anticipted for the last couple of days. It is a day where me and my course mates have to collect our last semester final examination result slip. Collection time was at 3.00pm, most of us are getting worked out, the result that we might be getting.
Shortly after the Short Stories’ lecture, Jonathan, Kean Keat, Denis and I rushed to the office, hoping to be the first in line to get our results. People lining up waiting for their turn, and waiting to get the envelope. Once I got mine, I jokingly said, “Man, can you guys open it up for me? I don’t dare to see inside.” I took a deep breath and open the seal of the envelope.
It turned out that the results I got are on my expectations, however some of the papers that I have confident to score turned out to be B, while Networking (which I think have no chance of scoring) turned out to be A. The funny thing is that the grades of my results somehow aligned in a very nice order in the result slip, alphabetical order A to B. Overall I think I did OK, can’t really complain much about it, as long as I’ve tried my best.
The rating of CGPA is not everything in an exam, the main thing is that you know you’ve learned. It would be even better if you can help the people beside you to improve too.

I think the standard for networking must be very low.. Chu Hang leave half empty also can pass.. anyway, if not for the damn Flash assgn, my cgpa would have been much nearer to yours.. haha.. highest cgpa I’ve heard is 3.6.. I guess 1st sem is like that, one subject get B, cgpa pull down damn low liao.. this sem, there’s no “boring, lame” subjects anymore.. so better do friggin’ well.. best of luck yo~
