Flying For The First Time

This is the day I departed from Kuala Lumpur to UK. I got to the airport on 29th May 9pm (Malaysia time). So I checked in my luggage through the counters, and meet up my friends, Yu Bin, Paul, Jonathan and Ching Wei that are taking the same flight as mine.

We took some photos with our families, say our goodbyes and away we go check in through the gates.

The Plane
The plane we are flying

We waited for quite some time, before getting on our plane.

Backseat Monitor
Backseat monitor, for information and entertainment purpose

Luckily there is a back seat monitor, which keeps us company throughout the flight. At least I get to watch some movies, so not that bored. After all, it’s a 6 hours flight to Dubai, before we transfer to another flight.

Plane Meal
Plane meal, my main dish is missing though

Plane meal and dishes are ok, based on my opinion. However I do hope I have more space to dine my food, it’s a bit cramp with the limited plane seat space.

Transit in Dubai
In Dubai airport

We reached Dubai, and we need to wait for 4 hours to transfer to the flight from Dubai to Machester. It was a very long 4 hours. Bored!

Online in Airport
Yu Bin online

Lucky for us, we manage to find wireless hotspot within the airport. Therefore, we get to contact our families, and “report” to them through online MSN messenger.

And then another 6 hours flight, finally we reached the Manchester airport, where it took almost an hour for us to check-out and collect our baggage, due to the long check-out queue.

We met the party from our university, and rode on the couch to take us to Liverpool.

And now, I’m in Liverpool!
