		<description>You yourself know how to say it's other people's mistakes.. so why take the flaming personally? I think they just expect you to pass the flame along (or tai-chi it along). If you made the mistake, take the flame constructively. If other's made the mistake, dodge the flame and let it hit it's target (just watch and learn).
