Night shots in Liverpool.
Weather is great today, so I went out around town for sightseeing. The first destination was Chinatown, to pay some respect of our Chinese heritage, well sort of.
Unfortunately, because it is a Sunday morning, the Chinatown area is deserted, no shops are open at the moment. So, Jon and I decided to take another way towards the Liverpool Cathedral, and leaving the larger gang where we suppose to be in the first place. Read more…
Been itching to do this for quite some time, especially when I get my hands on nice photos of Pulau Perhentian with the new camera. All these are in full size 17cm X 12cm at 300dpi images, beware of the big file size.

You know at sometimes you have taken some memorable shots, but the quality of the photos didn’t turn out the way you expected it to be. So, you might consider doing some photo retouching using Photoshop, to enhance the photos. What I am going to show here is basically a way to fix a problem that always occur when shooting photos indoor, under exposed low light level photos.

The photo shown above have several problems. First of all the pathetic light leveling, coarse pixels that makes the face looks rough, and eyes looks dull. First of all, I would have to adjust the lighting to lighter and move lively color. Read more…
