Bye Bye 2008, Come Come 2009
Time sure flies… Come to think of it, the first half of my 2008 was pretty bored. I graduated from college, stayed at home for 3 months while doing some side jobs. Pretty pathetic then I would say.
The real interesting part is where I went to UK for my studies, everything from there starts to go climax and more interesting. Almost every week I get to see new places, and a taste of the weather there. Get to go places that I’ve never thought of going.
In fact, I have never been to any other country before that. But when I was there, my oversea travel counter goes from 0 to 10. In just a short time, I’ve been to (or at least make a short stand in) England, Wales, Scotland, France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria.
Sure hope that I can stay in the UK and study for another year, but I should be grateful for having the chance to be there. Time to face reality and start working.
For the first time, my working life officially started (internship doesn’t really count). There goes the routine of work, come back and sleep, wait for the weekend. From time to time there’s work stress, but at the same time there’s challenge that I’ve faced and managed to grow from it.
So, 2008 is a life changing experience for me. Resolution for 2009? This kind of break tradition, because I don’t plan to make any. But one thing is for sure, I want to live my life to the fullest! (And I’m kind of addicted to travelling already, so hopefully can get to travel to nice places again soon)
