Broga Hill

Its a long weekend, and it so happen that Jon and his colleagues are going to Broga Hill on Saturday. I’ve heard that name for sometime but never been there before, so I tagged along.

Going there didn’t really take long, about 45-50 minutes car journey to the outskirt area. If i remember correctly we got there at almost 7am.

To get to the hill top first check point is about 20 minutes. Getting up there isn’t really all that hard, but I had to pause numerous times. Probably because the lack of sleep (about 3-4 hours), no breakfast and heavy tripod bogged me down. Anyway, it’s a sign for me to start more exercise to get fitter.

From the top, it’s a pleasant view. The feeling reminds me of Cuith Raing in Scotland, looking from way up the hill you feel like you conquer the land beneath you.

Would love to go again and get some sun rise next time. More photos are over in the gallery, Broga Hill album.

Bro, how can this compare with Cuith Raing?! Ok fine, if you take into consideration the cost of getting there :p

  3. Eu Hua says:

Well, just the feeling man, not considering the cost of course.
