Earth Hour

Yesterday, 8.30 till 9.30pm was Earth Hour. I do have some thoughts about it. It’s a good event organized by the WWF to bring the message to the people to conserve energy, and do their part in saving earth.

But ironically, people treat it as some kind of celebration. Sad to say, although many people turn off their unnecessary lights, and go out instead yesterday night which in turn help to conserve the electricity. They go out and burn fuel energy instead. Talk about irony. Read more…

After Rome, it’s the day to Pisa and Florence. Frankly what bad luck, the it was raining when we were in Pisa to visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Soaking wet just like the day in Amsterdam.
