Bye Bye 2008, Come Come 2009

Time sure flies… Come to  think of it, the first half of my 2008 was pretty bored. I graduated from college, stayed at home for 3 months while doing some side jobs. Pretty pathetic then I would say.

The real interesting part is where I went to UK for my studies, everything from there starts to go climax and more interesting. Almost every week I get to see new places, and a taste of the weather there. Get to go places that I’ve never thought of going. Read more…

Another thing famous in Venice is their Carnival Masks. These masks are worn during Venice Carnival, where people getting along with people of different social status (because you cannot identify the wearer in disguise), and makes the carnival unique.

Okay, right after Verona the other day, our next destination is Venice the water city. We took about an hour bus journey to get to the port, and from there we took a ferry to get us to the heart of Venice.

Along the ferry ride, there are some historical buildings can be seen. Right after dropping on shore, we are guided by our tour manager towards Piazza San Marco, or literally St. Mark’s Square. Read more…
